Selling is a challenge to everyone from individual entrepreneurs or micro SMEs to large cap listed companies. We all are trying our best to increase revenue and profit. There are so many things that we are trying that we tend to miss out few important tasks. Our effort seems to be random. We seem to repeat the same mistakes. This document is an effort to bring some order to this seeming random effort. In this plan we list down various actionable items that may help your organization.
Prerequisites
Sometimes none of the solutions work in the short, mid or even long term. Planning is an active and ongoing process. We have to keep fine tuning it. There will be lots of downs and hopefully many more ups.

Analyse your own (and business) Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. Pragmatic expectations about demand for your product and services is needed. Some products or services are the most difficult to sell because there is not enough market. You need to judge without being emotionally involved.
Clarity about business
You should be able to explain your product, service and usp in a clear and concise way using various modes of communication.

We are going to share your data within our customers. You should be ready for the same. Please note that this will be a win-win situation for all of us.

- A dedicated resource which will work 20 hours a month for your company. We will distribute these hours for use of our apps and services or any other work needed. For example, we might only develop your website in the first two months if it is not available and no other work will be done.
- One hour review meeting every month
Investment: Rs 5,000/- per month (18% GST extra). Payment System: PRE-PAID. We are expecting post dated cheques or NEFT on or before the 5th day of every month. Minimum recommended contract period: 1 year. Termination is possible at any time from either of the sides by giving 1 month notice period.
